HOW TO TASTE A GOOD MEZCAL
Identify

The bottle must have the text 100% agave, the region of production, the name of the master mezcal maker and the alcohol concentration (not less than 45º degrees).
When shaking the bottle you should see a pearl, if it does not form it is because it is a bad mezcal or as an exception it is over 55º degrees, in this case it will not form a pearl.
Smoky Smell

Take a few drops of mezcal between your hands, rub and bring it to your nose immediately, you should recognize the aroma of smoked agave, if you smell alcohol it is adulterated.
Bring your nose to the mouth of your basin and it should have the same smell as the drop you rubbed on your hand.
Tasting

It is recommended that when consuming it, it is retained in the mouth for a couple of seconds, preferably under the tongue, so that the alcohol is molecularly decomposed and passes to the stomach without most of its effect.
You can accompany it with a slice of orange and salt of worm, but it is recommended that you take it alone, in its pure state to enjoy its flavor to the fullest.
